Q. What areas do you cover?

A. Fast Track Tutors cover the whole of North London.

Q. What exams do you cover? 

A. We tutor for 5+,7+,11+,13+ and common entrance exams, GCSE, IGCSE, AS, A level and International Baccalaurate.

Q. How often should we have a lesson? 

A. Most people have a one hour lesson per week, but some have more. The tutor will help you decide what is appropriate for your child.

Q. How do I know you will find me the most appropriate tutor? 

A. We have an excellent knowledge of our tutors characteristics, experience and qualifications. We will select the most suitable tutor based on your requirements regarding the student’s current ability, strengths, weaknesses or special requirements.

Q. Where does the tuition take place? 

A. You choose whether to have the tuition in your home or in the tutor’s home.

Q. How are your tutors vetted? 

A. We carry out Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced Disclosure Checks on each tutor. This is the most in depth check available in UK. The tutors need to complete a three stage application process. This involves an application form based on our rigorous criteria, a phone interview, inspection of qualification certificates and finally a face to face interview.

Q. What happens if we don’t like the tutor? 

A. Contact us to discuss the issue. If you are not happy we will find a replacement tutor.

Q. How do I pay? 

A. You pay the tutor at the end of each lesson in cash or by cheque.

Q. How do you monitor the tutors? 

A. We advise that you to submit a Tutor Feedback Form.
